Saying for the Day:Reading a good blog is like eating a piece of great apple pie. When you finish you want more.
------Because of blog explosion I am reading a lot of blogs and I have to decide if I want to leave a comment. These are the blogs I comment on.
1. The blog of anyone who commented on mine .
2. The blog of any relative( Sons, daughter, sister, cousin or whatever. Today I commented on my daughter's and my sister's.)
3. Blogs with a clear point of view so you have something to comment on.
4. Blogs that tick me off (sometimes though I hold back out of kindness or something)
5. Blogs that say something I wish I had said (Right on brother or sister)
6. Blogs were the blogger seems to need a kind word or a word of encouragement.
@@@ Of course our hapless loser started with his fifty losing spins (what else is new) making it 5000 spins without a win ( spins go by fast when your having fun). But then he went to play the instant win game only to discover it had been canceled as of February 1 . Not only does he lose but now he's lost one of the games he loses at. Its like CBS which owns IWON.COM had canceled a favorite show. He's really ticked at CBS. Well tune in again tomorrow to see if he calms down on "As the world spins." ****
Betty went to Tops. I went blogging and in particular I looked at conservative and liberal blogs to see the reaction to last night's speech by the President. Liberals thought it was terrible. It shows how dumb the President is and how out of touch with real people. Conservatives thought it was a great speech but could have pushed a little harder on their favorite causes. I have no idea if either side is right because I took a bath instead of listening to the speech.
According to my sister's blog she is going to Las Vegas and my good friend Ralph dropped me an email that he is going to Florida. Me I'm stuck here in Crystal Falls and its going to get cold.
Betty and I spent the afternoon getting the last bumps out of the HO track and now are free to work on the mountain. I have one engine that just won't run over one switch track without getting derailed. Since all the others work I guess the engine goes. Well I really need a breathing treatment.
