#### News from Pigeon Falls-The little town in my basement where the trains still run, dragons fly, and life is back to normal. Pastor Joan got them thinking again yesterday. Her sermon was entitled “ Preview of Coming Attraction” Here is a bit of that sermon:

“If you go to the movies yo know there is always a preview of some coming movie. It tells you a little bit about the movie and makes you want to go and see it. Well it’s supposed to make you want to go and see it.

Today’s Gospel lesson is about a preview. It is a preview of the power of Easter. Marth and Mary’s brother is dead. He has been in the grave long enough for them to be sure his body has begun to decay and smells. They believe Jesus could have healed him if he had been there.

But now Jesus shows them his power goes beyond life to power over death. He brings the dead man back to life. It is a preview of the truth that the grave can’t defeat Him. He has power over death.

This preview also gives us hope, If we trust in this Jesus our dead will rise again. Death has no power over us because we belong to the Risen One. And we have more than this Easter preview we have Easter itself. “

Tommy UK , who really seems to believe Petrovich, is still trying to close down Jack’s Sauna for the weekend. He is considering having the Tommy club picket the Sauna with signs that say “ Sauna and Die”. It is not clear if the rest of the club is willing to go along with him.

Hard breathing day. I worked on the computer in the morning. I updated my link list. In the afternoon Betty and I worked in the basement getting more items ready to sell on e-bay. I will post them tomorrow. Then I visited all my linjks and saw the last episode in my Captain Marvel DVD. Now I need a breathing treatment.
