More Internet FACTS
Saying for the Day: What, exactly, is the Internet? Basically it is a global network exchanging digitized data in such a way that any computer, anywhere, that is equipped with a device called a "modem" can make a noise like a duck choking on a kazoo. ~Dave Barry
It’s time for some more internet facts. This is where I give you one real fact and fourteen that I make up. The fact that I make them up doesn’t mean they aren’t real. I make up real good facts.
In the past real facts included:
The Mona Lisa has no eyebrows and Jimmy Carter was the first US. President to be born in a hospital.
Here are today’s fifteen internet facts.
1. There are more dragon statues in China than anywhere else in the world.

#### News from Pigeon Falls-The little town in my basement where the trains still run, dragons fly, and life is back to normal. The town is getting ready for the big celebration this afternoon. There will be a picnic with pasties by the Methodist ladies. Sometime during the festivities Mayor Trumble will read a proclamation that declares today to be Tommy Club day in honor of their saving the town. Each member of the club will be given an official copy of the Proclamation. Tommy UK says one copy will be framed and hung on the clubhouse wall.
There is still no sign of Fudd. It is possible he climbed into a freight car and got off in iron Mountain. Nobody checks those cars in Pigeon Falls.
Things have gotten a little weirder. The State Police got a hit on Fudd’s fingerprint in a federal data base but were told that the information was restricted. They have not been able to find out why.
Despite all of that the celebration will go on . They even have fireworks planned for the evening .Let’s hope they don’t burn the town down by accident.

Today's Link-Insanity Prevails-One of Quilly's alphabet people
Well it was not a good day. My oxygen was up a bit from yesterday but still too low. Betty and Pennie went shopping. I did a little blogging. Then I had lunch and really got sick. I spent the afternoon trying not to heave. Now I need a breathing treatment.

Shouldnt they be impeaching Mrs. Trumble for bringing "Elmer Fudd" to town?
I am guessing that oranges were once banned in England.
Oh me! It's me! Insanity Prevails! Well THANK YOU! Yes, I'm one of "Quilly's people" -- speaks volumes doesn't it?
I sure hope your family, and your extended family... and your extended extended family... read your blog! I am certain they are getting a real kick out of seeing all these old family photographs IF they do!
Sounds like Fudd might be part of the Witness Protection program or something... hmmmm....
Well all very interesting..I might try and microwave a grape.
Now oranges were banned??
I cant live a day without one.
Breathe easy
I love large families :)
Yours is certainly one!
Happy Saturday!
I've had a lovely visit with your family:)
Oh, you chose Melli as the link of the day! She is wonderful and funny and I love her. Just watch out, her silly is sometimes contagious.
I am very much enjoying your family photos. Your aunt looks quite stern sitting there. I am not certain I would have dared to take her photo!
2. I think it's higher than that now.
4. I though a person was the inspiration for Mickey Mouse.
6. Wasn't it Bank of Aparthied?
7. Dust is mostly skin.
14. Nope, that's the US. They just have more citizens.
I think #10 might actually be true. But mostly I don't know. I do love seeing all your family photos. What a great way to celebrate your life.
Of course the internet wouldn't lie - would it?!! All your facts sound totally credible. You're very good at this.
James and John... big names in my family history too. You sure have an incredible collection of family photos. WOW. I 'should' have taken a digital photo of the photo hanging on my wall... my Dad, Jesse James Price, taken in 1943 with him standing beside his 1928 Chevy. Oh well, I did a good 'J' anyway, haha.
Whoof!! Get a dog woof a good nose and put it to finding Fudd! I agree woof Melli that Fudd might be in the Witness Protection Program. That's the only explanation I can see woof those facts we was given. Do they have food fur that celebration to? Maybe I'll come on over fur that.
Your internet facts have got my brain working .. can you smell the smoke ?
I'm just loving the pictures you are posting for "alphabet picture of the day". :D
You posted a picture the other day, and one of the persons was a Kangas. Tho not related (I'm sure), my Dad has a great aunt ( or is it a godmother - I can't rememeber) who is a Kangas. Wondering if you have Finn in your family?
I'm guessing #7 is real! Poop is everywhere.
I love seeing your family photos. Great choices for J :)
Hi."YUP"Give a person a fish and you feed them for a day; teach that person to use the Internet and they won't bother you for weeks. He!He!He! Wishing you well
I'm pretty sure number 6 is true - but they all sound plausible! What a great job of bulloney!
