Thooughts About Mom

Saying for the Day:• "The best way to keep children home is to make the home atmosphere pleasant -- and let the air out of the tires." -- Dorothy Parker

It's almost mother's day so here are a few thoughts from Ralph.

#### News from Pigeon Falls-The little town in my basement where the trains still run, dragons fly, and life is back to normal. The State Police came last night with a warrant to search Fudd’s room. He was not there but they found eight bottles of a gasoline like substance and five boxes. In the boxes were a number of small explosive devices with timers. There were also pictures of the back of every wooden building in town with marks as to where the charge should go. At least that’s what it looks like he marks were for. It seems like Fudd intended to burn Pigeon Falls to the ground. It was the decision of the Tommy Club to save the White Rabbit that in the end saved Pigeon Falls. Mayor Trumble has declared Saturday to be Tommy Club Day to celebrate what they did.
Petrovich says it fits driblet 32. They saved the beast and thus saved the town. He says it proves that Alexis Grengicoff was indeed a great prophet.
Fudd has disappeared. He never came back to his room . They don’t know why he wanted to burn down the town. Was he some kind of terrorist? The State Police have taken finger prints from the room and will enter them into a number of data bases top see if they can find out who he really is. Mrs. Trumble says that she thought he was Elmer Fudd the great rabbit hunter.
The other mystery is how did he leave town ? They are fairly sure he didn’t take the train. He didn’t have a car . So how did he get out and where is he?

It was a rough day. I didn't sleep well last night. My stomach was upset, muy oxygen down. One of those days. So I spent most of the day in bed. Did get out to the computer now and then. I sorted some more pictures. Betty doesn't feel well either. Now I need a breathing treatment.

So how does Mrs. Trumble feel having played a part in potentially bringing doom and gloom to Pigeon Falls?

The photos you post always amaze me. I think my favorite today is the black and white with the Christmas tree. It seems like a nice childhood memory for that little girl.

Maybe the State Police should call the cast of "Without a Trace" or "Criminal Minds" who always seem to find the answers. Love the pics. I remember having Christmas trees like that. Ralph's mother should be happy!

I loved strolling down your lane of pictures. What kind of old fashioned baby buggy is that in the icicle picture? Very cool.

Thanks for the great poem (and pictures) for Moms. You amaze me.

Feel better now please!
