Happy New Year to both of you and your family too!
I knew God pours out blessings on us each and every day just by virtue of our still being able to be here, to be alive, is a blessing. Unfortunately, too often we forget that even the things we may not regard as being in our best interests are still blessings from God -it's just that sometimes it takes a while for us to see them as such and accept them then too.
Peace now and always.
