Leave a comment Monday

It is “Leave a Comment Monday”. The day in which I put aside what little dignity I have left as an old man and beg for comments. Why ? Because I am a comment addict. I have to have at least one good comment day to have a good week.
Last week I decided that just begging wasn’t enough so I have added a “Commentable” . This is a section with something for you to comment on.
Today’s “ Commentable”:
I have some friends who wan t to send all illegal aliens back to Mexico ( even those that are from other countries). One of the things that really disturbs them in the protest rallies where people protest being sent back while waving the Mexican Flag. They say it looks like a conquering army and we lost. So I am saying that I think they should go ahead and protest but ditch the Mexican flag. What do you think? Please comment but don’t swear.

@@@@ News from Pigeon Falls-The little town in my garage where the trains still run, dragons fly, and Last Lutheran has a mystery.– Yesterday Last Lutheran voted to call Pastor Castle and issued her an official call. The mystery concerns the vote. There were one hundred and eleven ballots distributed. The final results showed ninety nine in favor, ten against, and one confused but this only gives 110 ballots. What happened to the other ballot? Was somebody so hungry they ate it? Did somebody take it home to think about it. Did somebody take it home as a souvenir of the vote that would give Last Lutheran a lady Pastor? Is TommyUK in some way involved?( They always ask that?) Did our friendly local poltergeist wisk it away? One may never know. The one thing they know for sure is that the count was right. After they realized they were a ballot short they went back and counted again. The ballot box had ninety nine yes votes, ten no votes, one confused vote, and a bubble gum wrapper ( not counted as a vote).
The Liar’s Club President, Buddy East reminded everybody, this morning, at the regular meeting that the big canasta tournament is next Saturday. It will be held in the fellowship hall of Last Lutheran. They have enough card tables for thirty couples and expect the registration will be full by Wednesday.
This year gold edged canasta decks with the tournament date and Liar’s Club on the front will be given to each couple participating. The registration fee is fifteen dollars. The winning couple will receive the usual T-shirts and a beautiful gold trophy ( well gold looking at least).

Bust day. Put a lot of hours into the basement. Watched some soaps. Visiyted all the links, more or less and left a lot of comments. Now I need a breathing treatment.
